About us
RDR has been investing in real estate for more than 15 years. Most of our investments are in northern Ontario. As the economy embraces skilled trades and the mining sector, RDR is doing the same by building cohesion with cities in Northern Ontario around housing. We have a mandate to provide at least 25% of all available units to the under-housed and as such work closely wit organizations like Monarch, ODSP and the Homeless Network. We are from southern Ontario but fell in love with northern Ontario more than 5-years ago. We have made great and long lasting local relationships in Sudbury and in North Bay and we are now spreading out to Timmins, Cochrane and other cities further north with needs for housing.

Our tenancy approach
We go through a rigorous approach to tenancy when choosing tenants; but this allows us to make certain there are synergies and cohesiveness in the communities we build. We treat this process like an underwriter. As a tenant you can rest assured that you will be seen and you will be respected and you will live in a community that puts emphasis on living well with each other.
